The following terms apply to the use of services provided by Szilárd Antal – Persoană Fizică Autorizată (HCode).

Scope

These Terms apply to web development, software development, and related consulting services provided by HCode.

Contract Formation

Service details, deadlines, and pricing are defined in a separate agreement for each project. Initial contact alone does not constitute a binding contract.

Payment

Payment terms and methods are specified in the individual agreement. In most cases, an invoice is issued and payment is due by the agreed deadline.
